Norovirus is circulating in the local community!

If you have symptoms of Norovirus (diarrhoea and/or vomiting) you are urged not to attend walk-in centre, your GP or the hospital, but to remain at home until you have been clear of symptoms for 48 hours. Please call NHS 111 if you need assistance.

Dying Matters week - 9 -15 May

This year’s Dying Matters week runs from Monday 9 – Sunday 15 May, this year’s theme is The BIG Conversation.

Changes in the way society views dying have made a significant impact on the experience of people who are dying and bereaved.

The Dying Matters Coalition is working to address this by encouraging people to talk about their wishes towards the end of their lives, including where they want to die and their funeral plans with friends, family and loved ones.

The trust’s End of Life Care team will be holding awareness raising events, for both staff and members of the public. Please come and have a conversation!
