Norovirus is circulating in the local community!

If you have symptoms of Norovirus (diarrhoea and/or vomiting) you are urged not to attend walk-in centre, your GP or the hospital, but to remain at home until you have been clear of symptoms for 48 hours. Please call NHS 111 if you need assistance.

Patient Stories

At the right time and in the right place, patient stories can be incredibly powerful.

We share a different patient story at our monthly Board meetings to show our services through the eyes of our patients and their families. The institute for Healthcare improvement describes why patient stories are valuable in healthcare through this short video.

In this section of our site, you can hear the experiences of others who have used our services which highlight the value of what our staff do every day and which have enabled us to make improvements which really matter.
