Stop Smoking Service

Stop Smoking Service

Money, health, family? Whatever your reason for stopping smoking, the Stop Smoking Service can help you along the way.

Thousands of people in your area have successfully quit smoking with the help of the Stop Smoking Service and with your free local service on your side, you’re up to four times more likely to quit for good.

Developed by experts and ex-smokers and delivered by professionals, the Stop Smoking Service provides advice, support and encouragement to help you stop smoking for good.

Everyone is different and there are different support options available. You can choose from one-to-one, group or telephone support – do what feels right for you.

We will give you:

  • a free, personal quit plan, tailored to your needs
  • prescription stop smoking medicines to help beat cravings, from nicotine patches and gum, to nasal sprays, inhalators and tablets
  • motivational tips on how to stay on track
  • the chance to use a carbon monoxide monitor, to see your recovery in action
  • the support option that you want and that fits with your lifestyle.

Aside from what you may save on buying cigarettes, (over £2000 per year for a 20 a day smoker) using our service can also save you money on a range of stop smoking medications. Ask a member of staff for details.
